Permission to attend Inter-School Athletics Carnival on the 22nd of September 2016
Dear Parents,
The annual inter-school Athletics carnival will be held on the 22nd of September, 2016. The event gives an opportunity for our school to compete in track and field events and enjoy novelty activities.
OTHER DETAILS
Assembly: Crest Athletics Complex, Georges Hall
Transport: Students taking the school bus will be transported straight to the site. Coach transport will be provided for all other students at school.
Start: 8:30 am sharp! (Students requiring transport must be at the school by 7:15 am)
End: The event will conclude at 3:00 pm. If you are picking up your children from school, we should be back by 4:00 pm.
What to Bring: Recess, lunch. As we will be conducting a range of sports activities it is extremely important that students bring their water bottle. Students also have the option to bring money for a sausage sizzle.

EXPECTATIONS
In order for students to be permitted to attend this off-campus activity, they must:
- be attired in the correct clothing on the day
- To grant permission please click permission granted and then send.
- For permission not granted, please email admin@ebenezerchristiancollege.com.au with an explanation as to why the student will not be participating.
