PERMISSION TO ATTEND AN OFF-CAMPUS EXCURSION – SYDNEY ZOO 13TH OF NOVEMBER 2020 (FRIDAY)

The excursion is intended for this specific group of students as part of enhancing their learning.

A risk assessment has been made prior to the conduct of this excursion, and potential hazards are also discussed and addressed.

OTHER DETAILS

Cost: $15 Please make full payment on or before Thursday 12 of November 2020.

Assembly: ECC, 441 Blacktown Road, Prospect, NSW 2148

Departure: 9:00 am sharp

Arrival: Returning to school grounds by 2:00 pm

What to Bring: Please provide food for your child for the day; however, the students may bring money as there are food services within the zoo premises. As the students will be walking around all day, we want to stress the importance of students bringing their water bottle.

Students do not need to bring their school bags if parents want to avoid their child/ren carrying too much at the zoo. Students may bring smaller bags to hold any necessary items.

Transport on the day will be via school bus.

UNIFORM: Sports uniform

ATTENDING STAFF

All staff will be in attendance.

In order for students to be permitted to attend the excursion, they must:

be attired in the correct clothing on the day
have submitted payment for the excursion
have submitted permissions for the excursion
