Permission to attend off campus activity at Doonside Athletics, Charlie Bali Reserve on the 6th of September 2016

Dear Parents,

In preparation for the Athletics Carnival, we will be taking the students to Doonside Athletics Centre located at Charlie Bali Reserve on the 6th of September 2016.

Cost:          Free

Assembly: Charlie Bali Reserve, Doonside [Entrance via Knox Road] 

Transport: If you normally transport your children to school, please transport them to and from the site on that day. Transport will be provided to all other students.

Start:        8:45 am

End:          3:00 pm

What to Bring: Recess and lunch. As we will be conducting a range of sport activities it is extremely important that students bring their water bottle.

EXPECTATIONS

In order for students to be permitted to attend this off-campus activity, they must:

• be attired in the correct clothing on the day
• To grant permission please click permission granted and then send.
• For permission not granted, please email admin@ebenezerchristiancollege.com.au with an explanation as to why the student will not be participating.
