Permission to Attend High School Christmas Party at Lily's Restaurant, Seven Hills on Wednesday, 11th of December 2019

As the end of the year approaches and we reflect on the year that was, we are fast approaching the festive Christmas season.

To celebrate, we have organised a smart casual lunch event with High School at Lily's Restaurant, Seven Hills on Wednesday, 11th of December 2019. We are also using this event as our final farewell to the Year 10s graduating this year. There will be organised activities, food and Kris Kringle for the students to participate and enjoy on that day.

Students are encouraged to bring money for lunch and their Kris Kringle gift (limit of $20) to school by Monday, 9th of December, 2019.

A risk assessment has been made prior to the conduct of this excursion and potential hazards are also discussed and addressed.

Transport on the day will be provided to and from the venue via private school bus and staff vehicles.

Important information for the day:

Venue: Lily's Restaurant, 162 Prospect Hwy, Seven Hills, NSW 2147

Time: 10.20am - 2.20pm

Cost: $20 (This will include food and drink)

Clothing: Mufti - Smart casual. Clothing must be modest and appropriate (no tight clothing or mini skirts/shorts)

What to Bring: Kris Kringle gift (max $20) and money for food

EXCURSION EXPECTATIONS
In order for students to be permitted to attend the Christmas Party at Lilys, they must:

- have submitted payment

- be attired in appropriate clothing on the day

- have submitted permissions

For permission not granted, there should be an explanation as to why the student will not be participating.
